How to reach Amsterdam city centre from Schiphol Amsterdam International Airport

How to reach the RAI
 


By air
There is a direct railway connection between Schiphol Amsterdam Airport and the Amsterdam RAI Convention Centre (10 minutes by train).

By train

There will be no shuttle service available between Schiphol Amsterdam International Airport, the Amsterdam RAI Convention Centre and the meeting hotels.

By car
Via Utrecht (A2): follow the signs RAI, the Amsterdam RAI Convention Centre exit is the first one on the A10, directly after the A2-A10 intersection. Via The Hague (A4): follow the signs Amsterdam-Zuid/RAI signposted just before entering Amsterdam.

Public transport ticket
Public transport tickets for 3 days can be ordered in advance through the on-line registration form. The price per ticket is €17,50 These tickets will be issued upon arrival at the Registration/Information desk. It is highly recommended to pre-order this special priced congress card, as public transport in Amsterdam is well organized and the main way of transport in the city centre.

Car parking
Ample underground parking space is available at the Amsterdam RAI Convention Centre. Participants arriving by car are advised to use these facilities. A special multi-entry ticket including overnight parking for the whole period from 12 July 2007 up to and including 15 July 2007 is available at a reduced rate of €38 (including V.A.T) Please order this ticket in advance by means of the on-line registration form.
