Venue and date
The 5th European Zebrafish Genetics and Development Meeting will be held in the Amsterdam RAI Convention Centre, located at the Europaplein in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, from 12 July till noon, 15 July 2007.On-site registration
Registration / check-in at the Amsterdam RAI Convention Centre. All meeting materials and documentation will be available from the registration counter.Opening hours:

Language
The official meeting language will be English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.Dietary requirements for Welcome Reception & Social Event
Arrangements can be made for participants with special dietary requirements. Please complete this on the on-line registration form.Lunches on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 July are included in the registration fee.
Electricity supply
Electricity in the Netherlands is supplied at 220V - 50Hz AC.Insurance
In registering for the 5th Zebrafish Genetics and Development Meeting participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the meeting secretariat assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.Programme changes
The organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances.Travel and visa
Entry to the country is granted to all foreigners taking part in meetings organized in the Netherlands, regardless of their nationality. Participants must, of course, meet the normal requirements, i.e. they must possess valid travel documents and sufficient means of support.Participants requiring a visa for entry to the Netherlands are strongly advised to make their application in their home countries at least three months before the intended date of travel.
Visa application requires the receipt of the registration form and payment.
Letter of invitation
The Meeting Secretariat will send you a letter of invitation after the payment of your fee has been received. It should be understood that this letter is only to help participants to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.To assist you in obtaining a visa or travel fund, a letter of invitation is available.
Due to the fact that consulates and embassies need a lot of time to process a visa request, we advice you to fill out the letter of invitation at your earliest convenience. This letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.
